Reviving this old thread: Any news/rumors about a possible Prizm Photochromic lens option (e.g. Low Light to Prizm Daily sounds like a logical option)?
Thanks. Now I see that the safety orange option has actually been removed from the US Oakley site, so only neon orange is available. Though some European Oakley sites still offers both options for the custom Radar EV. If anyone has photos of either (or even both), I'd appreciate it a lot
Could anyone enlighten me about the difference between the "Safety orange" and "Neon orange" frame colorways? I'm thinking of ordering a custom Radar EV with one of these (both are available), but on the Oakley site they look absolutely identical
My favorite (non-sports) model to this day. Have multiple pairs and stocked up on spares, but I still wish genuine replacement lenses were available. I was still able to buy, for example, Gold Iridium Polarized lenses from Oakley 2 years ago, but now they only have the basic 2-3 colors...
Did you mean the old (i.e. non-prizm) Tungsten? I quite like that, but it's not readily available any more now that there is a new Prizm Tungsten (which seems a bit more see-through).
Does anyone know if Oakley is planning to bring back the Titanium lens in any form (e.g. a Prizm Titanium would be great)? Prizm Tungsten is not dark enough by comparison, while Prizm Black, which has a comparable VLT%, lacks the bronze contrast base tint
Thanks. I was planning on wearing these, I'm not really a collector. The funny thing is I have other lenses that are 10+ years old and don't have this issue. I've contacted the seller, since I'm afraid I will have to send them back :( I wish Oakley would still make replacement lenses for...
Will it get worse over time? The seller claims he's never worn them (and they look almost new), but they were manufactured in 2007 according to the box. I really like the color, but if this represents a real issue, I'd rather send them back for a refund
I've just received a new (new old stock), boxed Straight Jacket I bought on ebay. The lenses look quite new, except for 3 tiny, almost invisible micro scratches, but when I was checking them with a LED torch light, I noticed that both lenses have a coin-sized area (close to the nose bridge) that...
