Hi everyone! I wanna buy these glasses but I'm not sure the seller is honest.

I have seen made in USA and Assembled in USA but never saw USA Designed is this a new thing or did i get scammed? it also seems to have this grainish look to the frame. I havent bought Oakleys in years any help would be appreciated. (SLIVER XL)
