frogskin lenses

Hi guys! I just received a pair of Frogsskins OO9013/ PRIZM SAPPHIRE lenses. But right off the bat I see that there's a tiny spot on the right lens that does not go away- I've wiped it with a microfiber cloth, also tried a damp one, nothing works. Since these are a new pair , should I send them...

Looking for a new pair of ice polarized lenses for a specific frog. I know I can get them on dot Com but I have to buy a ocp frame as well. I'd rather just get the lenses.. any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks
