Angels' pitcher Tyler Skaggs was found dead in a hotel room in Texas yesterday. The Angels played tonight, after cancelling their game against the Rangers yesterday (no makeup date has been announced). No cause of death has been revealed.

Aaron Nola shut out the Braves. The Braves have been shut out just twice this season.

Mets beat the Yankees. That Mets win ended the Yankees' 5 game winning streak and that impressive, record setting 31 game home run streak.

The Reds walked off the Brewers in 11.

@Dallas O Hog and I went to the Braves/Nationals game last night at Nationals Park... Keuchel was ehhh and Chad Sobotka ended the Braves' chances of winning when he gave up a grand slam.
