I've decided I finally want a set of x metal. I've been looking at badmans and carbon shifts but I keep looking at x metals.....

My favourites are the x metal and carbon. But I'm open to any really.

I'm located in the uk so I know some people won't be happy to post here.

Regards

Jim

Good choice, go for X-Metal instead of Badman and Carbon Shift
X-Metal will last 4ever

I've been talking to some with a 4th gen set (no serial) with ice iridium lenses. Been serviced last year. So he says bridge, and rubbers are in good condition. Lenses are genuine.
Is their anything else I should ask and what would say a fair price to pay?

If that's the glasses it looks nice. 4. gen finish is smooth.
I would say 250-280,-

$250 would be an average price if Lenses and everything is good. Box or coin included?

Those look pretty much as good as it gets condition wise. Things to ask are standard; lens rating 10/10 being new or looks new. Frame rating and ask for pics of imperfections ( casting marks bother some but personally I like to see the factory human touch ). Ask bridge tightness and if it’s been retuned. Price for a nice plasma Juliet with lenses without box are about 250-300$.

Badman and madman are a very delicate frame mostly because of the hinges I had a bad man and it’s a decent frame but fear of breaking it kept it in my case until I sold it. Carbon shift is also a cool frame but you can’t go wrong with any of the x metals. They really will last a lifetime if not lost or broken beyond repair. Juliet is one of my favorite frames I have 5 pairs now all been tuned with new lenses and they’re awesome!

Cheers guys,

Appreciate the help as I'm pretty new to this sunglasses game.
Only got my first pair of oakleys a few weeks ago....(Ferrari Carbon Blades)
I've asked about the box coin etc so hopefully get a reply soon.
Servicing wise said hes only taken it back to Oakley.

I'll let you know.

That pair look like it would be a great start to the collection! (Also Get some not perfect ones so you can wear them without fear of scratching.)

There are chaps (or Blokes?) in the UK, that can do tuneups for a good price.

Welcome to the addiction!
