That's an Ophthalmic Display tower.
There were 2 versions, one with plexi door and one without for the tower making them lockable as opposed to unlockable.
Both versions were manufactured in the same time frame when the stretch lines were.

What you have there is the RX Tower. My very first tower purchased in 2004. It should have an ellipse O stamped on top. Awesome case being really light and having two extra shelves compared to a standard Mega Tower. Congrats.
