Can anyone repair hinges on Carbon Shifts?

Hi, im new to the forum, I was wondering if anyone has had luck repairing the hinges on carbon shift, mine have decided to become loose, which is very annoying. Now that I havent wore them a while theres a little corrosion I can see, as I live at the beach so most likely got salt water on them. If anyone knows of someone that can repair them in South Texas or a website to find the hinges for a replacement I would greatly appreciate any recommendations.
