Can’t use emojis

Is there any reason on why I can’t use the emojis??. Iphone 11.

I tried resetting the phone, but no avail.
It does work on my PC though. Thanks.

I can’t even post pics anymore - only with the phone. On a computer the forum is pretty useless lately.
