Cleaning Minute Machine case and band

What’s the best way to clean the case and band on a Minute Machine? Is it safe to use very fine steel wool to remove small scratches?

Yes. I use a 0000 steel wool. Watch ends up looking good as new when I'm done. Just try not to scrub the Sapphire Crystal.
