Conductor 6 replacement prescription lenses

Hey @Chris A Hardaway, from perusing the forums it looks like you might be able to help with my issue. I have a pair of Conductor 6's with prescription (includes progressives) prism golf lenses that are 5 yrs old. I'm getting an updated prescription this week and wondering if I can just get new lenses or if I need to order new frames too? Let me know if this is something you can help with.
