Doubled my collection overnight! Any ideas on what these are?

I met a lady the other day who sold me a lot of stuff! Any idea on what the plastic frames are? And approximate value? I know nothing about them except they are old as the lot had been stored for years. Also a value on the juliet would be appreciated.
