I was awol from gyms for a minute as I moved and dealing with a newborn, but I'm back at this as of last week.
Let's just say I did leg day 4 days ago and I still can barely sit down/get up I'm so sore! Love it.
I will admit I've been skimping on the ab circuits because I f%*(ing hate doing abs and I get heartburn but the rest I've been 100% on!

anything labeled with a and b is a superset, anything labeled with a, b, and c is a triset
day 1-back
A)pullup 5 sets reps 20,15,12,10,10
B)pushup sets reps 20
hammer strength row 4 sets 12 reps
heavy dumbbell row 4 sets 12 reps
hyperextension 4 sets sets 25,20,15,15

day 2-chest
bench press 8 sets 12,10,10,8,6,4,4,4
incline dumbbell press 4 sets 12 reps
hammer strength chest press 4 sets 15 reps
a)weighted dip 4 sets 10 reps
b)cable flye 4 sets 12 reps

day 3-legs
squat 7 sets 10,8,6,5,4,3,3
strip set leg press 1 set failure
walking lunge 4 sets 20 reps
a)leg extension 3 sets 20 reps
b)leg curl 3 sets 20 reps
c)standing calf raise 3 sets 20 reps

day 4-shoulders
military press 7 sets 10,8,6,5,4,3,3
arnold press 4 sets 12 reps
barbell shrug 4 sets 12 reps
a)lateral raise 3 sets 15 reps
b)front raise 3 sets 15 reps
c)rear-delt flye 3 sets 15 reps

day 5-arms
barbell curl 3 sets 10 reps
skull crusher 3 sets 10 reps
a)preacher curl 3 sets 10 reps
b)french curl 3 sets 10 reps
a)hammer curl 3 sets 12 reps
b)rope pressdown 3 sets 12 reps
a)barbell wrist curl 3 sets 20 reps
b)reverse barbell wrist curl 3 sets 20 reps

abs circuit(three days per week)
do the following circuit three time through, don't rest between exercises, and rest only 90 seconds to two minutes at the end of each circuit
plank 60 sec.
hanging leg raise 12 reps
side plank each side 60 sec.
toes(or knees) to bar 12 reps

Wow what is this thread. from back in the day. @nicosauve1 has the best post.

Screenshot was from this morning - team training class. I used to be able to break 1000 cal in an hour, consistently, but one of the local gym coaches said it was too easy for me and adjusted something on their computer to penalize me. 🤔
