Gearbox Problem

So, the current status of this Gearbox watch battery replacement is that: the insulator looks good, the battery contacts look good, the battery seating looks good, and yet even with a new battery the movement doesn't move at all?

Are you sure the new battery is good?
Should be at least 1.55v

yes its still dead unfortunately. Have tried a few batteries in there and no luck with any of them

Am planning on taking it into a local jewellers who do watch repair.
