Oh boy. Sounds like you need a total overhaul. Having water inside a watch can never be good for the parts

Went swimming some how water got in took it to watch repair says he can replace everything except crown it rusted & broke

Also, pictures will help the diagnosis of your trauma. There are a lot of interns, and practicing residents in here that can help with your presentation. Images will definitely find you the right practitioners to resolve the issue.
