Call me cheep but I would not buy that frame for $300,-
No good frame = 85,-to fix
No Lenses = 85,-
No Rubber = 35,-
No tight Nose = 85,-

As mint $425,- on the other hand would be ok for me.

You would not be buying just the frames. The nose is tight the only rubber that is missing is the for the bridge for your nose all the other rubber is in great shape and the lens only have a few small scratches

As a buyer I already moved on.
And no the Rubber that is on the frame is not in great shape.
