I can't find my *razrwire* bluetooth

I'm looking someone who can help with my razrwire
I'm trying to connect it on my phone but I couldn't find
I can see the red light just when I put it on in a energy probably there is a battery problem



I heard one time the razrwire is be able to connect just with Motorola bluetooth connection. Is it true?
