Congratulations those look phenomenal.

Are they so brilliantly shiny, that where you handle them they are immediately dulled by the hand smudge/oils?

Yes, they are very shiny. Any lens/surface will look dull if you put your finger prints on them same with the hyperpolished frames. Both the lenses and the frame should be touched as little as possible. A clean micro fiber cloth and a recommended lens cleaning solution should do it.
