Kato Low Light release

I have heared rumours about the Kato Low Light releasing to the public soon. Does anyone have more information on a possible release date? Or are they going to release them in the SS-wave next year? I've been wanting a pair for some time, but might wait to pull the trigger now.

I heard (only one source) it won't be released to the public. On the other hand, the demand is high and there's also a low light Encoder. It would be a logic step to me
