I ordered two pair. Even though the internet shows them as slightly wider than the mainlink, these were too tight for me. Not sure why the mainlink (not xl) fit and these didn't, but I returned both leffingwells. Still love my mainlinks.

Too bad they didn't fit you. At least you have the Mainlinks. You could always try the Double Edge. I think those are the biggest frames out right now.

Thank you sundevil516. I must have a weird shaped face and am super particular about sunglasses touching my face. I appreciate the suggestion. I don't usually go for the biggest frame- mainlink fits well but mainlink xl is too big. I'll check out the Double Edge next time I'm in a store. My favorites are: Mainlinks (not XL), Chainlinks, Flak Beta, Flak 2.0 (not XL), and original Flak (not XLJ). Oh, and can't forget the Bottlecaps!

If Mainlink XL is too big then the Double Edge is probably going to be too big.

There are slightly taller lenses.They resemble the original mainlink quite a bit.
