🦘List of Custom/Lens Cutting/Custom Frame Mod Contacts

You give me too much credit.

Seriously! Go and buy a set of those cheap $5 eBay lenses or some beater lenses and chop em. If you mess up, hardly a loss. Start with a large lens so if you end up overcutting the first time, you can cut again for a smaller orbital frame.

I have been cutting Lenses.
Here my Post.

@SiRacer420
Thank's again for your tutorial.
It has brought me so many new opportunity.

I have cut now more than 10 sets of glasses.
I used a Dremel and the Wheel Grinder.
I prefer the Wheel Grinder and Belt Sander.
With the Dremel you can't see the your markings so good and you can slip easy and scratch the lens. With the Wheel Grinder our markings stay clean of dust and burrs are pulled away from the markings.
Finding the right masking tape is not so easy.
FrogTape does not sticks to hydrophobic lenses.
So for the the lenses in the pics I had to use a standard masking tape.
The FatCat lenses in my Avatar are hand cut.
The once in the pics. are for a Straight Jacket II.
Took less than 15min. to cut.

So you want me to list you? If so, I need your first name and approx location/city.

But I'm much more interested in frame refinishing.
I love the X-Metal finish.
I don't like sending frames to the US or Japan and paying more in postage than for the work.
I have a Juliet X-Metal with tool marks on the bridge I would like get fixed.
P.S. I bought the Juliet that way.

@NuttyOAK13Y (UK) - He can do re-pins for all X-metals, strip down the frame, clean it thoroughly then rebuild the nose bridge, if ear stems need new gaskets they are replaced and tightened so frame is factory tight. Will set you back £47.50. £5 for polishing polished frames. Price includes all parts and return special delivery postage to the UK (slightly more for EU). One day turnaround. Check out his work here.
