M Frame Lenses

Has anyone had any experience fitting a pair of aftermarket m frame lenses (made for the 1996) model and fitting them to a pair of gen 1 or Gen 2 lenses? I’ve seen some relatively inexpensive lenses on amazon that if destroyed, wouldn’t set me back too much $.

I was thinking this could be done with a dremel tool and some patience.

Any advice, experience, photos or videos, would be extremely helpful

I agree @Wavecloud should be able to help you out. I believe you just need to trim down the corners that hook into the frame but @Wavecloud should know more

Should be pretty simple if the corners just need to be trimmed.
