Yea originally there was one lens per frame. The extras are replacement lenses most likely

Are both sets M Frames? There are 2 different shapes in the lenses. One that is squared off on the sides that is an M Frame but the other ones are shaped differently. This is the side of the clear one.

Yea they are both m frames. The original lens shape that came with would determine which m frame it was. That’s a heater lens for example

Going by the pictures can you tell if these are a Light Frame whit Titanium lenses or a Titanium Frame whit Titanium lenses Spikes ??

Absolutely… but the value has a lot to do with the condition of the lens
