Maybe that's why it's in new condition because it wasn't his and wasn't in a typical retail environment. I'm currently selling a display case but I'm in Flint about an hour from this guy and mine's a 3.1 single wide that needs the plexi door and top panel.

At any of those prices in that condition it seems like a good deal.

Only thing you need to add is a few shelves, by the looks of it.

What a moron!! I've been watching this one over the last 2-3 months. I made an offer at one point and he declined, which is fine. He finally took it down for a couple of weeks and just reposted it last weekend for $600 and then increased the price to $750 in the last 2 days.
