How does the sizing run? Are they small for the size or is a large actually a large?

how does the lens swap lever "clutch" work?
is it just a forward or backward movement?

It's springloaded - press it down and pull the lens down from the same side.
Installing is simply inserting the nose bridge side first and then pushing the hinge side into place - no need to touch the lever...

Large fits me like a large. They are a bit longer than normal good if you tuck in, a little long left out. They fit snug on my arms.
But the large is a good large
