Does dillon supply lens to other brands?

I have a cartier dumont santos aviator similar to the pics below and the inside of the lens has blue tint

That looks like the same lens that Mariener was throwing around here calling "matte"...

It kind of looks matte, but not really - you can see a lot of reflections in it...

good try, but I don't think there is a true matte lens on the market like Dillon - that's why they're so costly and hard to source...

I desperately want a pair of Dillon Lenses for AT LEAST one of my frames. They are amazing to look at. I still have to get a pair of X Metals or a PB though. Unless they can be cut for one of the other frames that I have.
