I made some for @Markman69 in the past to use on his blades/sutros. I’m sure he’ll chime in with a picture

The original vintage lenses on the blades system, mumbos, m frames and eyeshades that had the logo were called factory pilot lenses. The logo was a decal snd either placed across the lense as in your pic or sometimes along the vertical edge of the blade lense.

They were issued to oakley sponsored athletes
