Polishing

I have a pair of polished carbon XS that I d like to clean a little and polish if possible. Can some one point me down the right path?

Are you looking at restoring the polished carbon or removing the coating completely?
I had a rough pair of carbon and removed the coating using 1200 grit wet and dry then finer grades of scotch pads in my Dremel.

The final shine was with Mothers polish which made a massive difference to the final result.
Here's the result after approx 2 hours of work.

It was just a pack I bought off Amazon

Well its a cracking finish. im currently polishing some torp/vault boxes. Dont think id be brave enough to try an x metal though . Interesting to see how the OP gets on.

No I m trying to keep the factory finish just wanna take off the dirt and grime and polish the clean finish underneath. Yes there not perfect just wanna give them a better appearance
