What exercises are you doing?

Built a home gym a couple of years ago. I lift light weight high reps 5 days a week. Peloton subscription. I spin an hour a day and do the core classes via screencast. I also mountain bike twice a week when the weather permits. Not so much the last few weeks. In the summer we hang out at Angel Fire Bike Park almost every weekend. If anyone thinks DH is easy, follow me!
 
I'm a commercial electrician. My work can be very physical, so staying in shape is important (of course not all construction workers think that way). I don't lift weights, but work out just about everyday on my Bowflex PR1000. It's a basic model and I'm focusing on the main part that makes it better than normal. My custom 510lb block. It's just a wood block that someone made to mount onto a Bowflex. I bought the extra 50lb rods online. And now have more than enough tension for a solid all around workout. It aint easy moving around some of the equipment we need to install. That generator was installed yesterday.

Running, road and gravel riding, doing some duathlons on my own, riding a lot on Zwift, and since we the studio I teach at has reopened (and closed and reopened), I'm teaching Les Mills The Trip classes 4 days a week.
