Any other Whoop users out there? I've been interested in one for a while and got one in for review a few weeks ago. So far, I really like it, but am looking forward to getting at least a month in to get a solid baseline set of data. It has been interesting to look at how my body is reacting to workouts and sleep, especially looking at my resting heart rate, heart rate variability, and respiration rate at night. It was interesting to look at a friend's data who was recently diagnosed with COVID and seeing some deviations from her normal numbers (4 year user) that started to show some changes that weren't her usual reaction to training and daily stress.
I already made a #TeamKICKASS group for my teammates, but anyone interested in creating an Oakley group?
Wondering what I'm talking about?
And to throw it out there, if you are looking to get one, use this link to get $30 (and get me a free month).
