What is the different between 15 and 25 on the rubber washers inside of the hinge?

The Temple Shocks manage how wide the arms/earstems can open....the larger 25 doesn't allow them to open as much providing a tighter fit. While the 15 works for most, the 25 is a must for those with smaller heads and to compensate for nosebridge loosening.

They oughta make a 5 or 10 version for people with larger heads.

They can be trimmed. I've instructed a couple friends on how to use a razor blade to slice off very small slices from the outer side. Its allowed the earstems to open more and if done right, you can't tell any mod was done when wearing them.
