X metal Juliet lenses and gascan lenes

Hi,

out of my collection the lenses on these 2 glasses have started to flake - both are polarised and genuine.
The Juliet’s were changed professionally and the Gascan lenses are the original ones.
They are cleaned but look horrendous now

any tips
