Well I asked M customer service to reconsider my canceled order and to please reinstate it…looks like they are granting my wish afterall

Awesome, congrats. I have had a couple interactions with CS and they are top class, very accommodating. Got to figure the first 5 don’t get out to the public, no one has recorded a 005 or lower so this is a nice gesture.

What's worse is that i let emotions get to me, the disappointment that i didnt get a serial-numbered pair so I canceled the non-serial-numbered pair that they were gracious to even offer. After making that post on here about the outcome, my senses came back to me and i had to contact CS to basically ask for the offer back. Very awesome experience honestly. I explained to them exactly what i mentioned above and they understood the disappointment and said they would double check before letting me reorder to make sure they could actually fill it.
