My father gave me a red Icon mini Backpack when I was younger and we have both bonded over Oakley items throughout the years. We both enjoy basketball and Michael Jordan has been an inspiration for us for what he has done on and off the court. Recently I gifted my dad a brown 2000s Oakley long sleeve I got from my friends clothing store in Tijuana.
Going to my friends store has brought back some memories, I saw a Black Icon mini there 20 ish years after my dad had gifted me his red one, which I thought was lost. I purchased a blue Icon mini from FB marketplace for $56 shortly after and then found my lost red one. My friend also had a leather Icon Mini, he sold both really fast for around $85, $160 USD.
Seeing the Oakley items he finds at flea markets and other places has made me appreciate the brand again.
I am from SoCal and recently decided to become a member after purchasing a pair of replicas due to my lack of knowledge.
