Wtf? The BD Plantaris is 30% off on the Oakley site? Like not even 7 days after the official release? Not even the regular Plantaris colorways are 30% off

I emailed Braindead, it is way too coincidental they slow rolled shipping a week which is exactly when Oakley dropped the price knowing you can’t return to BD.

That is deceptive theft in my book and I’ll be damned if I’m going to be quiet about it with Brain Dead.

I may have pointed out to them that people are tired of these collab release games and that their inflexibility on the issue is because they realize it’s not selling. Of course they don’t want to work with me, profits are down for the greedy bastards!

It’s fine, I’ll swallow the 20% I overpaid and week delay in shipping. But I’ll never buy direct from Braindead again or any collab I can avoid not buying direct from Oakley. Oakley’s return policy has never failed me and their customer service is actually pretty good comparatively.
