Bro i recall kitchen sink has metal/aluminum on the top loop of the bag. The last pic you have shown has plastic. Has this been modified?

The Static Icons on the zipper pulls are usual tell tale signs of a fake. And the top handle, as barok0208 mentioned, is typically metal.
