This looks legit to me, but I'm not a big expert on watches, so don't take my word on it.
What I can say for sure is that the listing price is too high (I know about that site watermark in the picture and took a look at the listing myself; some Detonators sold on this forum for 150-170, for reference) and that the description makes it look fishy (they're saying they kept it in the box since getting it, but it's a calvin klein box... and they say it's a watch from 2016...).

I came across this time bomb too. This one looks authentic. It's listed at 600.

The timebomb/icon looks legit but wayyy overpriced at 600. (250-350 range) Also, take in consideration the icon watches are a lot smaller in person than in photos.

Also this Warrant black. It's Authentic cause the guy kept the receipt of the store in California. I'm just don't know if it's overpriced. 385$ probably with some negotiation I can have it at 280/290
