Difference in lens height with Half Jacket 2.0 and 2.0 Asian fit?

I would like to order Half Jacket 2.0 glasses, but I have a question, if anyone can help.
Is there a difference in lens size between Half jacket 2.0standard and Asian fit? I know the length is the same, but is the height of the lens the same?
I like smaller glasses, both lenses and frames, so I need this information, which lenses are smaller, standard or Asian fit. There is conflicting information on google, some say that the lens is the same and some say it is different. They say that the difference is only in the nose pads, and some also in the length of the frame itself and the height of the lens. So, basically, I'm interested in whether the height of the glasses is smaller in the Asian fit and how to know, is there any marking, Small, Medium, Standard?

I was always under the impression that the nose pads were different. I never had to deal with Asian fit glasses. Hopefully other members can chime in.

For the most part including in the half jacket 2.0, Asian fit is a different nose pad. The nose pad is bigger and pinched inwards to accommodate a flatter nose bridge. In some cases, asian fit also is a slightly wider frame in addition to the adjusted nose pad. I believe the vernacular also changed from "Asian fit" to "Alternative fit" but have seen some instances where it changed back again to "Asian fit" .

There is no difference in frame size or lens size.

Yea I believe that started with the hj2.0. The earlier HJ were only larger nosebombs IIRC
