Do all racing jacket come with 2 sets of lenses and icons?

Local vault has some racing jacket on clearance, just wondering if all of them came with 2 sets of lenses and icons? Or is it just special edition

I think the last lot to drop with Prizm trail lenses all came with 2 sets of lenses but no second set of icons . Well none of mine did . The Carbon grey colour and retina burn versions
