I also saw these from sunglass fix Oakley Frogskin sunglass replacement lenses by Sunglass Fix™ which one would be best 55mm or 57mm? Thanks for the help .

Hi Guys, was just reading through the posts and wondered about the sizing aswell, I have a couple of pairs of the Ti froggies and also a pair of the Old Glory Custom Frogskins also (Ice Iridium lenses), as stated the Ti are a 56mm the Old Glory run a 55mm. I undid the Ti and popped the lenses out and replaced with the Ice Iridium and this is the result, lenses are snug no loose movement what so ever. No noticeable gaps around corners from what I can tell, and they look pretty good to boot.

So if looking to update the lenses you should be fine running a 55mm lense.

Any gen 3 or gen 4 even frog lense will fit. Some may be slightly tight but will go in eventually. I put numerous gen 3 frog lenses in my TI when I owned it and had zero problems getting them to fit. TI frog lenses are just slightly smaller and have a slight bevel to them. Some of the newer gen 4.5 frames have lenses that will not fit without a shave but you will probably find a set that works eventually. They have such a variance to them all. Must be a tolerance in production. Gen 3 definitely work though without question and without dismantling the TI frame..
