Picked up a pair of Haylons. Appear to be an Olive Tortoise Frame, with grey lenses. Near perfect shape. Just curious to see if I spent too much on them. They were $15.00.

Seems like it would be a good price for almost any Oakley frame, but I believe that is a female specific frame.

I believe they were originally called "Halo" and renamed "Haylon" at some point.
(Copyright issue??).
The frame colour is "Seaweed", and they're pretty scarce.
They'd look great on my granddaughter.
Give ya $16 for 'em.

That logo was Oakleys "Female Script" design. Used on frames, display cases, and other marketing materials in that period. Cool pickup.

Correct but backwards, originally called Haylon, then changed to Halo after the trademark issue with the group that makes the fire suppression stuff.
