Holbrook arm replacement

Hello,

I found a lot about replacement arms using the search function, but not how to replace them.

I own a pair "Holbrook Woodgrain" sunglasses and would like to replace the arms, without scratching the frame or arms.
Is there an instruction somewhere on how I can remove the arms carefully and replace them with new ones?

They snap in pretty easily honestly. It’s hard to describe but it’s a twisting motion to pop them out
