Holbrook Metal Lenses

I'm looking for a set of replacement lenses for my cousin's Holbrook Metal. He'd like to replace with something similar to Sapphire Polarized. I've had no luck with OEM. Revant or Fuse seem to be about the only choices. Any opinions on which I should try? Am I missing out on any other quality companies?

Sapphire iridium or prizm?

The original are sapphire prizm polarized. He wants sapphire, or a similar shade for replacements. The polarization is more important than contrast change of the prizm for the replacement.

I have 2 pairs of Holbrook metal. I didn’t think the lens was replaceable! Be interested to know if you can. They are thinner than regular Holbrook lenses
