Found these while surfing Mr-Sunglass. They look like a bigger framed version of the flak 2.0 (these have 63 mm lens versus original flak 2.0 xl had 59 mm lens).

Anyways, hadn’t heard about this one so thought I’d share. Maybe others have heard more.

this would be one of the rare times they rolled out something smart.

Yet at the same time it's been like a decade since the Flak 2.0 debut, so I wouldn't exactly applaud Oakley for this.

There's a Holbrook XXL too. I think it's 61

Wonderful. Hope the lens is a bit taller too. The Flak 'XL' always felt a tad too small for my face. I was always confused, with SunglassRob (sportrx) harping away how the XL fit his huge head.

The Holbrook XXL is a welcome addition too. But again, hope the lens height does not become too tall or the shape does not become disproportionate. The XL was already pretty tall. If they keep the aspect ratio of lens width:height, it will be way too tall. Alternatively, if they make it more rectangular to keep the same lens height,it may end up looking like a Costa Rincon.

They list the bridge width at 10mm, even the youth Flak 2.0 is 16mm. Likewise that part number doesn't come up on the parts site. Seems a bit suspect not many sites have them and the one site owned by Luxottica I believe allows 3rd party sellers like Walmart.com. I would email Oakley customer service before ordering from these places unless someone has seen a pair first hand and can vouch they legit. 🤷‍♂️

I just found them on Mr Sunglass. They are listed along with other new pairs like the cyber zero frames. I wouldn’t recommend buying them from there either, but I’m guessing they will release sometime in the next couple months (Mr Sunglass usually lists new frames about a month or two ahead of the actual release, and to your point their dimensions arent always accurate as the glasses are so new).

And let’s be honest, often times lux’s customer service doesn’t know about current pairs, much less new ones 😀.
