How to remove arm from Eye Jacket 1.0?

Hey,
How do I remove an arm from my Eye Jacket 1.0? Arm is broken and I found an inexpensive replacement. I see the small hole on underside of frame, so I am sure that has something to do with it. But, I don't want to "experiment;" would rather get some good info first. And while I'm at it, what about installing the new arm? Thanks!

Like this, but be careful if it’s the original eye jacket. That O-Matter is brittle as hell!

Thanks for the response. I've done this with half jackets, but is it the same process with those original Eye Jackets? It would definitely be touchy to snap out that circa '94 O-Matter arm!
