How to restore or repair Plasma finished ?

Hello everyone i'm Oscar from Thailand, I'm very new here in Oakley forum and x metal community So this is my first post.

Regarding to my first time nose bridge pin installation from long time ago I had accident with pin hole, As you can see in the pictures I did repair it by myself with laser welding machine at my cousin lab , So the finish was nice and smooth, Then i polished it with Venol polish cream, just wondering if anyone can give me advice or suggestions to get the Plasma finish back, I know there is some good technician in this group that can do repair and make it good as new, But i just try to figure out by myself here first. Thank you

After Bead Blast to get Plasma finished, next sending to coating to get brighter shade.

I'd be more curious to see how they go back together with that pin hole being restored. Not to be a debbie downer, but once you crack that titanium welding it up won't help when you push that pin through again.maybe you'll get lucky.

25/03 Updates After finished PVD coating for Plasma finish, colour looks very close to original compared with the frame, i will try to reattach it next week.
