The person who created this custom engraved the original SKU "04-152" that the frame had before the customization, most likely to indicate that the custom work was done on a model 04-152. This was probably intended to help future buyers understand that this isn’t a standalone model or some kind of limited edition. However, in the end, it only caused more confusion.
