They were released to coincide with the movie. Maybe 400$ w/o box and good deep ruby lenses in great shape. This release is known for deep ruby lenses. If you have the box and the numbers match , you could be looking at a cool 500+. Just my opinion. Condition is everything man.

So it means Penny xm (cyclops) is more expensive then? are those deep ruby lenses exclusively for that particular model or Oakley actually released those?

However, pictures disprove this theory, regarding the depth of Ruby on the first 5,000. It was the luck-of-the-draw as to how strong the Ruby lenses were . Not forgetting it depended on the batches. Ruby Iridium originally, was a very hit or miss affair. With a success ratio of 60%, so not an easy thing to create.

Not forgetting officially, it was the first 1,000 pairs of Pennys for the tie-in.
