I can’t tell if this one has that fleck or not- looks like the seller has sold a few. The button looks right… tag placement looks right.. but no fleck?

looks like we've determined there's variations in buttons... is there possibly variation in the fleck material also?

Maybe, but changing material as opposed to a plastic toggle, I tend to believe would be more expensive/less feasible.

I agree, not saying the change in material was intentional or not on their end, could just be production runs. including same with the button

this hat too does not have the speckle we've all been discussing. the button looks correct.

haha so its a gamble on the material them, i just did some research and there seems to be like 2 varients of this color way, one with the speckle in the fluff and the on like mine,
some of the ones i found ....

at this point I'm reading a lot of mixed information regarding buttons, and fleece material with speckle or not. i've also seen different color stitching around the leather patch, brown.... black...

there must have been more than one wave of production then? maybe it changed per year?
