They have upgraded the packaging too, looks like the boxes are in plastic too.

They are wrapped in clear plastic with an open end for slide out. Also mine were wrapped in brown shipping paper inside the box so they didn't move around the box. Definitely improved on the shipping and protection of the boxes.
