M frame logo replacement on arms

Hello all! New to this group. I have recently come across a pair of M Frames in marketplace, Ive been buying new pieces for it, ear socks, nose piece, lens, and the O's on the arms. Can somebody please tell me an easy way to remove them so I can place my new O's on there? Thank you so much!

I heat the icon under running water from the tap. Not boiling water.

I use a scalpel with a larger blade.

Apply some pressure with the scalpel blade while continuing to run hot water over it. The icon will come off after some time.
The flexible blade prevents you from applying too much pressure to the icon.
To glue the icon back on, I use cell phone repair glue

Also note the above does not apply to Pro M Frame (the one with fixed arms) as those icons are molded into the arms. Hope that helps!
